The National Hurricane Center is tracking Gabrielle, now a Category 3 hurricane, along with Invest 93 and Invest 94. Hurricane Gabrielle is headed toward the Azores and is expected to threaten Europe afterward. Invests 93 and 94 are expected to develop into tropical depressions this week.
Gabrielle, already a major hurricane, continued to strengthen on Monday night as it was passing east of Bermuda, the National Hurricane Center said.
