New details have been released about the container ship captain arrested by Coast Guard officials for boating under the influence after arriving at a Seattle port on August 20.

The captain of the MSC Jubilee IX completed a Breathalyzer test and was found to be “impaired more than six times the legal limit for commercial mariners,” the Coast Guard said.

The captain of the container ship MSC Jubilee IX in Seattle was arrested by the U.S. Coast Guard Investigative Service (CGIS) on suspicion of operating the vessel while intoxicated last week.
