Washington Commanders head coach Dan Quinn could have summed up his commencement speech in only four words. But, as he told the 100th graduating class at his alma mater -- Salisbury University -- on Thursday, that would make for too short a speech. So Quinn did deliver some remarks.

Even before he became a head coach of the Washington Commanders, Dan Quinn carried a reputation as one of the better leaders in the NFL. Formerly the top man of the Atlanta Falcons and architect of some of the more dominant defenses in modern history,

Quinn and the Commanders hope to build off the huge year and follow it up with another in 2025. Before really getting to work on that, Quinn was invited to be the commencement speaker at Salisbury University; he played on the defensive line there while in college.
