The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) imposed Stage-IV (‘Severe+’ Air Quality) restrictions under the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) in Delhi-NCR after the Air Quality Index (AQI) breached the 400 mark late Monday night.
