Ukrainian drones attacked Moscow for the second consecutive night halting flights at four airports, Russian officials said, as the city prepares to host a major military parade expected to be attended by world leaders including China’s Xi Jinping.

A Russian overnight drone attack on Kyiv injured at least 11 people, including two children, and set several residential buildings throughout the city on fire, the military and officials of the Ukrainian capital said on Sunday.

The volley came just days before a planned parade in the capital to mark the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II in Europe.
