Green has been tremendous defensively for the Warriors in their first-round playoff series against the Houston Rockets as well. The four-time All-Star is averaging 6.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 2.7 steals and 1.7 blocks per game against the Rockets and has helped the Warriors be up 2-1 in the series.

Golden State Warriors forward-center Draymond Green is the winner of the 2024-25 NBA Hustle Award. The NBA Hustle Award honors players who make the effort plays that don’t often appear in the traditional box score but impact winning on a nightly basis.

There was some extracurricular activity after the game, though, which, unsurprisingly, involved Warriors veteran Draymond Green. After the final buzzer, the former Defensive Player of the Year had some words for Rockets star Jalen Green, who himself had a few things to say as well.
