Journalism Wins 2025 Preakness After Stunning Late Comeback, Gosger Finishes 2nd
Gosger entered the race having won his last two starts, most recently claiming a victory in the Grade 3 Lexington Stakes in April. The horse is named after former MLB outfielder Jim Gosger, who told Paulick Report's Clark Spencer that being the horses namesake "ranks right up at the top" of his career.
