Kavan Markwood was attending the Pirates vs the Cubs game at PNC Park on Wednesday, April 30, when he had an unfortunate incident.

Kavan Markwood, a 20-year-old former high school and college athlete from the area, plummeted over a rail at PNC Park last Wednesday when the Pirates hosted the Chicago Cubs. He was rushed to a local hospital, where he has remained since.
