Limp Bizkit bassist Sam Rivers’ death was called in as a possible cardiac arrest, according to authorities. A spokesperson for the St. Johns County Fire Rescue in Florida confirms to PEOPLE that they responded to a call for a “nonresponsive person in cardiac arrest” at Rivers’ home on Oct. 18, the day he died. He was 48.
