Macworld Almost five years after the game was removed from the App Store, triggering a legal dispute that rocked the mobile gaming world and has been grinding on ever since, Fortnite appears close to a return.

Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney says Fortnite will return to the App Store in the United States later in the week, and he's reportedly spoken to Apple about it.

The massively popular game is expected to make a comeback on iOS devices, following a court ruling against Apple.
