A lottery player in Southeast Georgia has some extra cash after buying a $20,000 Mega Millions ticket. According to the Georgia Lottery, the ticket was purchased at El Cheapo, 525 W. Cypress Street in Ludowici. The ticket matched four of the five white ball numbers and the Mega Ball in the October 14 Mega Millions drawing.
