Police say a Kerrville man accused of passing a demand note at a credit union was arrested within minutes and is now facing an aggravated robbery charge.
Kerrville resident George Washington Waring II, 42, went into Kerr County Federal Credit Union and handed an employee a note demanding money, police said.
