A new 8.9‑mile segment of the Collin County Outer Loop opened last week. Public input on Segment 5 runs Nov. 13–Dec. 15.

The two-lane roadway created a complete connection from Dallas North Tollway in Celina to US 75 in McKinney. The section officially opened to the public Nov. 7.
