TMZ DC Managing Editors Jacob Wasserman and Charlie Cotton say the lack of transparency surrounding Sen. Mitch McConnell's condition has fueled intense speculation.

McConnell may have suffered a heart attack, according to an emergency personnel call first obtained by independent journalist Desirée Townsend.
