A pair of North Carolina siblings who use family birthdays to play the lottery together wound up winning a prize of $25,000 a year for life.

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- Time is running out for one lucky North Carolina lottery player to claim their big prize. Someone bought a Lucky for Life ticket on Dec. 27 in Brunswick County and won $25,000 for life. But that person has not claimed their prize, and the winning ticket expires soon.
