Texas Rangers pitcher Jacob deGrom has been voted the American League Comeback Player of the Year. Atlanta Braves outfielder Ronald Acuña Jr. earned the National League honor Thursday night.

Rutgers baseball had 11 high school recruits sign their letters of intent to join the program yesterday. Of these 11, 10 are considered top 500 prospects according to Perfect Game. The highest signee Rutgers has, according to Perfect Game, is Mickey Gilligan, who is rated as the No. 339 catcher coming out of high school.
