Brandon Hagel scored two goals as the surging Tampa Bay Lightning extended their winning streak to seven games with a 4-1 victory Saturday over the New York Rangers, who continued their home woes.

Late in Saturday’s 4-1 loss to the Lightning at Madison Square Garden, star defenseman Adam Fox was taken to the locker room with an apparent injury to his left arm and did not return.

The New York Rangers enter their second straight four-game week on the heels of their worst effort of the season – and without their best defenseman for the foreseeable future.
