Just before 3 a.m. an Austin Police officer witnessed a drive-by shooting at North Creek Dr. and E. Rundberg Lane.
Deputies were called to Vickers Ridge Road Baxter, which is in the Austin Bottom area of DeKalb County, around 7:30 p.m.
