ESPN announced that Saturday’s guest picker for College GameDay will be Nate Bargatze ahead of No. 10 Vanderbilt and No. 15 Missouri. The comedian is a Vanderbilt Commodores fan. The appearance will mark the second time the Nashville native will appear on the popular college football pregame show.

Per an announcement on X, comedian Nate Bargatze has been selected as this week’s celebrity guest picker. Bargatze has been an outspoken celebrity and lifelong fan of Vanderbilt. His fandom of the Commodores was made known in an article posted by Vanderbilt’s student newspaper, The Vanderbilt Hustler, in 2020.
Nate Bargatze will be joining the ESPN “College GameDay” crew for the final 10 minutes of the show to reveal his predictions for the Week 9 college football slate. Bargatze will be joining a list of several stars who have already been on “College GameDay” this season, including Theo Von, Trae Young and Jelly Roll.
The Nashville staple will serve a tower of pancakes, Goolsby sausages, country fried steak, candied bacon, and more to the anchors during the show.
