We Just Got Our First Look at Emma Corrin as Elizabeth Bennet in Netflix's "Pride and Prejudice" Series
Iconic Pride and Prejudice adaptations in the past have featured Jennifer Ehle and Keira Knightley as protagonist Elizabeth Bennett, the witty and second-eldest sister of the Bennett family. Meanwhile, Colin Firth and Matthew Macfadyen have previously portrayed Elizabeth's love interest, the haughty and incredibly wealthy Fitzwilliam Darcy.
Netflix has unveiled the first glimpse of limited series "Pride and Prejudice," with Emma Corrin as Elizabeth Bennet.
Jack Lowden, Rufus Sewell, Louis Partridge, Daryl McCormack, Jamie Demetriou, and Fiona Shaw also star in the Netflix series.
The scene in which Mrs. Bennet, cross with Elizabeth refusing Mr. Collins’s marriage offer, chases after her daughter and then goes back to get Mr. Bennet’s help in changing her mind.
