COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — Longtime South Carolina Congressman John Spratt has died at 82-year-old. Spratt served in the State's Fifth Congressional District for nearly three decades. Friends and colleagues of Spratt took to social media on Sunday to share memories of the lawmaker.
