The major U.S. index futures on the Dow Jones, S&P and Nasdaq are currently pointing to a higher open on Wednesday, with stocks likely to see further upside after moving notably higher over the two previous sessions.

NASDAQ moved higher as demand for tech stocks remained strong. Arm Holdings, Advanced Micro Devices and NVIDIA were among the biggest gainers in the NASDAQ index today. The nearest resistance level for NASDAQ is located in the 21,450 – 21,500 range. A move above the 21,500 level will push NASDAQ towards the next resistance level at 21,950 – 22,000.

Stock market futures fell early Tuesday ahead of the release of the April consumer price index (CPI) report, which is expected to show the first impact of President Donald Trump's tariffs on inflation.
