Sharp, who transferred to the Sooners from Southeastern Louisiana, caught 42 passes for 324 yards and two touchdowns this season. With OU's top five receivers out for most of the year, Sharp led the Sooners in receptions and receiving yards.
OU bolsters offensive line as ex-Stanford tackle Luke Baklenko commits to Sooners
It was two offseasons ago that OU welcomed another offensive line transfer from Stanford, and the union worked out well for both parties. Walter Rouse was an indomitable left tackle for the Sooners in the 2023 season and, thanks to coach Bill Bedenbaugh’s tutelage, was drafted in the sixth round of the 2024 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings.

OU football adds Stanford OL Luke Baklenko through transfer portal
OU added offensive line experience, picking up a transfer portal commitment from Stanford offensive tackle Luke Baklenko. Baklenko announced his decision via Instagram. Baklenko started nine games at right tackle for the Cardinal this season after starting five games as a freshman in 2023.
