The suspect in the shooting of two members of the National Guard near the White House on Wednesday, has been identified as 29-year-old Afghan national Rahmanullah Lakanwal, multiple law enforcement sources told CBS News.
Nasheem Ismail Clark, 25, and Kobe Jaylen Marsico, 28, of Harrisburg, were both charged with felony attempted aggravated assault, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, firearms charges and reckless endangerment. An address for Clark was not listed on court documents.
