LONDON — It’s fitting that the Wimbledon final between Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner on Sunday represents the first time the same two men meet for that title right after playing for the French Open trophy since a couple of guys named Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal did so every year from 2006-2008.
The last meeting between the two at the French Open lasted for 5 hours and 29 minutes, with Alcaraz coming back from two sets down to win in five epic sets. It was the second-longest Grand Slam final ever, just behind the 2012 Australian Open classic between Nadal and Djokovic.
That is especially the case in regards to Alcaraz and fellow Emma Raducanu, as the two young stars are at the center of internet relationship rumors. Therefore, here's the latest information regarding Alcaraz and his connection to Raducanu. Alcaraz does not have a girlfriend, or at least he didn't the last time he publicly addressed the issue.
The 22-year-old playing for his third consecutive Wimbledon has so many admirable qualities, but they are all subordinate to joy.
Carlos Alcaraz took on Taylor Fritz in the first of the men's singles semi-finals at Wimbledon on Friday afternoon and those watching on BBC One all agreed on Andre Agassi's commentary
