The man accused of firing shots inside a Joseph Chevrolet car dealership in Colerain Township last week is facing a new indictment.

Police said Dewees caused the dealership to be evacuated when he pointed a gun at someone and opened fire while customers and employees were inside.

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) - The Joseph Chevrolet employee accused of opening fire inside the car dealership’s showroom last week is now facing additional and upgraded charges.

When Colerain Township police officers arrived at Joseph Chevrolet around 4 p.m. Jan. 30, they heard a shot fired from inside and observed people running.
