Arlington police said the department has made an arrest in the fatal shooting of a pregnant woman last month.

A Papa John's employee is accused of shooting and killing a 23-year-old man inside the West Price Hill restaurant Tuesday night.

Dominick Newby and Jayshawn Collins were wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for murder. The pair is accused of shooting Patrick Carner on June 17 at a restaurant on the city's East Side.
