President Trump's massive domestic policy bill overcame a major hurdle in the Senate. Vice President Vance broke a tie to pass the legislation after lawmakers worked through the night and made last-minute changes.

Funding included in the bill would go toward shipbuilding, the Golden Dome homeland missile defense project, munitions and other key Pentagon priorities.

After a narrow 51-50 vote that lasted more than a day, Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill passes the Senate and heads to the House.
