Lions safety Morice Norris is entering concussion protocol and will miss at least the next 10 to 14 days, according to Dan Campbell.

Detroit Lions safety Morice Norris, who was taken off the field in an ambulance late in a preseason game last week, is in concussion protocol and doing well, coach Dan Campbell said Monday.

Norris shared a social media post the day after he was injured, saying he's OK and thanking people for their support.
