In November, a bombshell legal filing from Drake accused UMG and Spotify of collaborating to give Kendrick Lamar an unfair advantage.

In a motion filed at a Manhattan court on Friday, Spotify have responded, saying that they have found no evidence of a bot attack and flatly denying that there was any collusion between themselves and Universal to promote Not Like Us.

On December 20, Spotify slammed Drake’s accusations of “artificially inflating” the popularity of Kendrick Lamar’s diss track “ Not Like Us ” with the use of bots and colluding with UMG in a payola scheme. Now, Drake’s legal team is firing back.
