The new "Fantastic Four" is now in theaters and earning stellar reviews. Here's when the Marvel hit will likely stream on Disney+ and digital, so you can watch it at home.

During an early montage that fills in the backstory of the four years the Fantastic Four have been protecting the world, we see the team appear on various magazine covers heralding their exploits. One such cover is for a publication named Now Politics, with Sue Storm (Vanessa Kirby) pictured as a respected diplomat in the world of Earth-828.

Reed Richards (Pedro Pascal) is Mr Fantastic, the super genius with stretchy powers. His wife, Sue Storm (Vanessa Kirby) is the Invisible Woman, with the power to bend light in order to turn herself and others invisible, or create force fields.

The movie is the latest from the Marvel Cinematic Universe and marks the third “Fantastic Four” film adaptation since 2005.

First Steps presents an faithful, entertaining, and compelling version of the story Rise of the Silver Surfer failed to adapt.

The best thing about First Steps is the aesthetic. It’s far and away my favorite part of this film, and that’s a problem because as much as I do enjoy a solid retrofuturistic aesthetic, it’s not enough to make a mediocre movie worth watching. This is all style over substance.
