Kelsie Martin and Hallie L. Helms both had just graduated and lived in Wilgus Hall, the site on the UW-Platteville campus of an emergency incident May 19 that left both dead.

Kelsie Martin and Hallie Helms have been named as the two students who are dead in the incident at a UW-Platteville campus dormitory in Wisconsin. Authorities say their cause of death was gunshot wounds.

The deceased UW-Platteville students, identified as Kelsie Martin and Hallie Helms, had just graduated two days prior.
