AUSTIN, Texas - The Austin Police Department is investigating after another body has been found in Lady Bird Lake. Detectives responded at just before noon to a report of a dead person in the water near 1st Street Bridge and the 300 block of Cesar Chavez.
APD: Investigation underway after another body reported in Lady Bird Lake
According to the Austin Police Department (APD), witnesses spotted a man's body floating near the north shore of Lady Bird Lake just before 11 a.m. Multiple agencies arrived near the First Street Bridge and West Cesar Chavez Street to provide aid, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
