Federal immigration authorities have seized a 7-year-old New York City public school student, the youngest-known local school kid to be detained during the second Trump administration.

Judges deemed them a flight risk and a danger to the public, ordering all three to remain detained under U.S. Marshals Service custody.

A pedestrian was taken to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle in East Hempfield Township, according to Lancaster County dispatch. It happened on Harrisburg Pike at Jasmine Lane around 4 p.m.
