A major winter blast is stirring up dangerous conditions across the U.S. central and southern states all the way to the East Coast

Several weather related deaths have been confirmed as a massive snow storm continues to push its way toward the East Coast, while another storm system expected to bring more snow and ice takes shape in its wake.
