New Orleans Saints star running back Alvin Kamara's availability status will remain unclear due to a groin injury he sustained on Sunday. Kamara's injury is a groin abductor that Saints head coach Darren Rizzi said Kamara had noted felt minor when he endured it while reeling in a third quarter touchdown pass thrown by wide receiver Cedric Wilson Jr.

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara made the most spectacular touchdown catch of Week 15 with a ridiculous one-handed grab against the Washington Commanders. Shortly after, Kamara was out of the game and headed to the blue injury tent.

Kamara is in the midst of an outstanding 2024 season. Earlier in the game, he reeled in a 21-yard touchdown catch and became the fourth player in NFL history with 50 rushing touchdowns and 25 receiving scores, joining Lenny Moore, Marshall Faulk and Christian McCaffrey.
