The man suspected of fatally shooting a Minnesota lawmaker and her husband and wounding another and his wife had “stalked his victims like prey” before opening fire at their homes, elaborately disguised as a law enforcement officer,

Boelter allegedly had firearms and a list of 45 elected officials in notebooks in his car, law enforcement said.

The suspect, Vance Luther Boelter, allegedly shot and killed Minnesota Democratic state Rep. Melissa Hortman, and her husband, Mark. He is also accused of injuring another Democratic lawmaker in the state and his wife.
