Ocha Thai Cuisine has closed its doors in downtown Las Vegas. The owner said the tourism slowdown led to a drop in business that just wasn't sustainable.

Downtown Las Vegas roared to life this past weekend as Neon City Festival celebrating its second year, with massive performances.

Las Vegas landlord David Charron, whose commercial property on Fremont Street is home to the popular cafe PublicUs, a wedding chapel, and other tenants, said a few months ago that tearing down the motels without a plan for the sites would make the area look desolate.

Neon City Festival returns to Downtown Las Vegas Nov. 21-23. The free three-day event is set to welcome guests of all ages and will offer an unforgettable weekend. The Downtown Las Vegas Events Center entrance is located at South 3rd Street and East Carson Avenue.
