Hawaii County will conduct an evacuation drill for Waikoloa Village residents Saturday to prepare for potential emergencies.

The LAPD has identified the man accused of shooting a driver who intentionally plowed into a group of people outside a nightclub last month in East Hollywood.

The suspect, identified as Efrain Villalobos, fled the scene after allegedly shooting the driver in the lower back, officials said.
