The Doughfather Pizzeria and Ristorante of Monroe Township in Middlesex County received a letter Monday from the law department of Paramount Pictures telling them to stop using their iconic logo or face a lawsuit.

The former Warner Bros executive is known for his work producing "The Conjuring" franchise, "IT" and "The Batman."

But after years of using a similar logo, Paramount Pictures sent him a letter this week with an offer he can’t refuse, literally, or else face a lawsuit.

Goldstine landed the top job less than a year after being shown the door at Warner Bros. Pictures, where he arrived after long stints at both Universal and Sony.

Paramount’s mass round of layoffs will be happening sooner rather than later. The cuts are expected to happen before the company’s earnings call on Nov. 10 and may even happen as soon as the week of Oct. 27, according to multiple media reports.
