A trial date has now been set against the suspected FSU shooter, Phoenix Ikner. In court on Wednesday, the judge set a date for November 3rd, 2025.
Phoenix Ikner, alleged gunman in the April 17 mass shooting at Florida State University, decided to "stand mute" in the criminal case against him.
"I've looked at my calendar, and at this point, I see no reason not to set this for trial," Circuit Judge Lance Neff said.
