Nov 24, 2020 · Nah, probably not until Fifa 30 when they finally ditch the last gen systems. I don't think we will get a proper full on next gen effort until PS4 and Xbox One is dropped which won't happen until PS6 is announced basically. I have no doubt that the next gen version of FIFA 21 would probably be able to work on PS4 and Xbox One.

I'm on Xbox but I found the old gen version is very similar to FIFA 21. The hyper speed, running on skates type of feeling to the gameplay. New gen feels a bit more realistic, still arcadey, but the player's movement is different..strength matters a lot..taller players finally feel relevant and useful with heading being viable too.

Dec 8, 2020 · Went from Fifa on ps4 to the ps5 upgrade and good god its the most distinct visual upgrade ive seen over its prior version. Tbh it almost looks as if the last gen version is deliberately bad looking lol. I dont even play fifa much. Last one i have is 14 that came with my PS4. So Fifa 21 is my PS5 Fifa now.

Dec 10, 2020 · Little update so I re downloaded the ps5 edition of FIFA and turned off the enhanced haptics and it’s completely fixed the game and it’s not running without issue, hopefully this is a problem that will be patched soon because it’s not great having to play it …

Dec 4, 2020 · I had the retail ps4 version of Fifa 21 so when I got my ps5 I tried to upgrade it but there's no free option available to me. I contacted EA via the live chat 10 days ago and they said this is a known issue and they're working on a fix but no news since. P.S: The account and the retail copy I used were both Greek. However my PS5 console is UK.

Nov 18, 2020 · According to this, PS5 DS is supported in the Steam Beta client. If it's similar to the DS4 driver, you'd just need to load Steam and enable Playstation controller in the settings. It will work with non-Steam games, like FIFA in Origin.

Oct 13, 2020 · Although it's correct about backwards compatibility, FIFA 21 on PS5 will be an entirely different game. If you own the game on PS4, you get a free upgrade to the PS5 version. Reply
