Guy Edward Pearce (born 5 October 1967) is an Australian [1] actor. He started his career portraying Mike Young in the Australian television series Neighbours (1986–1989).

Mike Young is a fictional character from the Australian television soap opera Neighbours, played by Guy Pearce. Pearce was in his final year at school and only had amateur theatre experience when he auditioned for the role.
