Laura Nightingale on Instagram: "My simple 2 ingredient bread recipe Makes 1 mini loaf ❤️ 6 tbsp self raising flour (or plain all purpose with 1tsp baking powder) ❤️ 4 tbsp greek or soya yoghurt 1️⃣ Mix flour and yog in a bowl to make a dough ball. 2️⃣ Use floured hands to knead and create a loaf shape. It should not be too sticky. 3️⃣ Air fry on 180C for 10 mins (air fry mode) or oven bake on 180C for 15 mins. Gluten free - use gluten free self raising flour + 1/3 tsp xanthan gum #airfryer #air
