These Ginger Spice Cookies are one of my absolute FAVORITE Christmas cookies. They’re soft, chewy, warm, and perfectly spiced — everything you want in a holiday cookie. I love scooping them into cute little baggies because it keeps them soft, makes them freezer-friendly, and makes gifting so easy. I’ll link the baggies I use because they’re perfect for packaging and sharing these cookies during the holidays! Ingredients • 3/4 cup butter-flavored Crisco • 1 cup sugar (plus extra for rolling) • 1
