I love that Abbey can verbalize this. For so long, this understanding was very hard for her and she stayed frustrated and somewhat angry. But she never gave up on learning how to swim and this has been a model for many things. Never compare yourself to anyone else and keep setting goals for yourself no matter how big or small- it’s specific to you and your next step. So grateful for the growth here. @Abbey #abbeysautism
