BC Hydro substation concerns
Tue, Mar 7: It's an "electrifying" idea - preserve valuable real estate at street level by burying power sub-stations below ground. BC Hydro first proposed it a few months ago to address future demand for power in Vancouver's downtown core. Aaron McArthur reports on what we're learning from the first round of public consultation.
