Ok, Lactarius milk would actually make a terrible, sticky shower. But they are delicious! Not all milk caps are good for eating, but you can taste the milk from any of them safely. Some is mild or “mushroomy,” some hot like wasabi (those are the ones you don’t want to eat!).
