30 Days 5KM Challenge… Shocking Results! 😳 #running

Das hängt natürlich von Distanz, Tempo, Dauer und deinem Magen ab. Ich persönlich fahre im Marathon mit einem ziemlich einfachen System: alle 30 Minuten ein Gel. Je nach Gel komme ich damit auf ungefähr 40–45 g Kohlenhydrate pro Gel. Deshalb nehme ich meistens 6 Gels 1 Ersatzgel mit. Das Ersatzgel ist einfach für den Fall, dass mal eins verloren geht oder irgendwas nicht nach Plan läuft. 😂 💧 Wichtig: Testet eure Gels unbedingt im Training.
