UGHHHHHHHHH. I just can’t stand on line influencers in the health space. The vast majority have absolutely NO idea what they are talking about. They are up in arms about red food dye, acting triumphant when they get anybody to recognize them as a crusader for health. Meanwhile, removing red dye from your fruit loops will do absolutely NOTHING for improving health. Seed oils are one of their biggest enemies. They love to demonize seed oils.
